USA: We are currently shipping our products inside the USA via UPS ground with tracking number (2-5 business days) average delivery time. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you would prefer US Postal Service Priority mail (2-5 business days) average delivery time please E-mail us at Sales@foxwholesale.com or let us know on the Contact page before ordering. Due to the high demand of our wholesale products please allow anywhere from 1 hour up to 2 business days before we ship your product(s).
Shipping will be calculated and shown to you when you add your items to the shopping cart without any obligation to continue your purchase.It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for drop ship orders. Someone will also need to be available to accept UPS packages in areas where signatures are required. Because UPS charges us a $6.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by ground or a returned package that was undeliverable and a $10.00 fee for an incomplete or wrong address shipped by air, we are forced to pass the charges on to you. If items are returned you will have to pay an additional shipping charge for the order to be re-shipped. We suggest that you stress to your customers the importance of a complete address including their street address, (with any apartment or suite number) city, and zip code. You may also want to advise them that you will charge them an address correction fee if their information submitted is inaccurate. If you are assessed an address correction fee it will be charged to your credit card and we will e-mail you a copy for your records.
Foxwholesale will not process any orders which are to be shipped to a restricted / illegal area.
